Dr. Theresa Ricke-Kiely is the Associate Director of Planning and Development in the Nonprofit Professional Development program at the University of Notre Dame and is the President of Silver Fox Advising of Granger, Indiana. Theresa is responsible for the graduate and certificate education’s planning and development including strategy, curriculum and budget planning. She is a Concurrent Professor for the Kroc Peace Institute and the Mendoza College of Business where she teaches leadership and motivation. Prior to moving to Indiana, Theresa was the Director for the Center of Nonprofit Leadership for University of South Carolina Upstate. Theresa has over 20 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector serving as director level staff and as a board member for several nonprofits in NY, SC, and IN. She holds degrees in Organizational Leadership (EdD) from the University of Sarasota, an MPA from Marist College, and a degree in Psychology (BA) from State University of New York at New Paltz.
