On Friday we kicked-off Cookie 2013 in a big way. Not only was it the first day the public could buy our delicious cookies, but it was also the first day of Give Blood Get a Cookie. Staff, volunteers, and other members of the community stopped by our Service Center for this great cause. While they were donating blood we played Disney movies to keep them entertained, and then they were rewarded with Girl Scout cookies! We’ll be partnering with the American Red Cross until the end of the month. There will be a blood drive in all of our counties so check the flyer for future dates and locations if you’d like to donate. Thanks to the American Red Cross and all of those who have already donated!
