Ruth has been with Girl Scouts since 1994.  Presently, Ruth is the Director of Business Operations and Customer Satisfaction.  Ruth’s primary responsibility is to manage the teams that provide support to our volunteers and mission delivery team. Inclusive with this responsibility, Ruth manages the retail team and CES team, oversees the front desk for support for each of our three service centers and facilitates support processes of the administrative pool. She also oversees customer satisfaction, gathering feedback and helping to improve processes by listening to our volunteers and other customers.  Prior to this position, Ruth held Girl Scout positions as Director of Volunteerism, Customer and Retail Services, Director of Volunteer Services, Director of Membership Services, Adult Services Manager and Community Development Manager.  Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University in elementary education with an endorsement in social studies.
