Join a naturalist at Pokagon State Park for winter fun, learning how to snowshoe and identifying animal tracks and scat. Girls will also have the opportunity to learn about the history of snowshoes and the different types of snowshoes. They will also learn about animals and their winter life. Daisies will earn their Snow/Climb Badge and Brownies will earn their Outdoor Adventurer Badge.
Spaces are limited due to the number of snowshoes. Adults that want to participate in the hike will need to register and pay the adult fee. Adults who do not participate in the activity can stay in the nature center during the hike portion. You will need to register as a Supervisory Adult.
