Scouts, are you ready to step up to the plate?
Girl
Scouts and their families are invited to join us for Girl Scout Night
hosted by the South Bend Cubs baseball team. We are offering three
ticket options ensuring anyone can get in on the action:
Game Ticket Only - $12
Participate in the pre-game color
guard parade, dressed in your Girl Scout best!
Be
recognized on the field during the ceremonial first pitch.
Enjoy post-game fireworks!

Pitch a tent* on the field and spend a
night under the stars
*Families are expected to provide a
stake-less tent and camping supplies for the overnight. Lawn chairs,
wagons, or anything with wheels will not be permitted on the grass.
Donuts and juice will be provided for breakfast. All attendees must
exit the stadium by 7:00 AM on Saturday morning.

This is not a drop-off event. Parents and/or
leaders are expected to provide supervision. ONE (1) adult is required
to chaperone their youth(s) at this event. All troops and groups must
follow the correct youth-to-adult ratio. We are not equipped to
accommodate siblings at council and collaborator events. Thank you for
your understanding.
Cancellation Statement: Cancellations
must be submitted in writing by the registration deadline to receive a
refund. Please email frontdesk@gsnim.org to cancel your registration.
Refunds are NOT given for cancellations received after the
registration deadline or for failing to attend the event.
Registrations may be transferred to another event if cancellation is
made PRIOR to the registration deadline. Refunds will be given if
GSNI-M must cancel a program. Please note: we are required to sell 100
tickets to the game to participate in this program.
Not a

*Girl Scout
membership must be renewed annually. Membership year is October
