Are you a Girl Scout ready to take on a leadership role and make a
positive impact? As a Program Aide (PA), you'll play a vital role in
shaping the camp experience for young campers and creating a positive,
empowering environment.
Our PA program aims to cultivate
essential life skills such as leadership, effective communication,
problem-solving, and teamwork.
Group discussions and
interactive activities foster collaboration and empathy, culminating
in a final lesson presentation showcasing your newfound skills.
What is a Program Aide (PA)?
A Program Aide is a
Girl Scout currently in 6th grade or above, eager to develop her
leadership skills by assisting with facilitating a program during
summer camp.
Why Become a PA?
Leadership
Growth: Develop leadership skills that extend beyond camp and into all
areas of your life.
Confidence Boost: Gain the confidence
to navigate camp challenges and create a positive impact.
Network and Bond: Connect with fellow participants and build a
supportive camp community.
Empower Young Minds: Learn how
to inspire and empower campers, leaving a lasting impression.
You will earn your Leadership in Training (LiA) badge during
this event, which is a pre-request to being a Program-Aide for summer
2026.
Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to
grow, learn, and have a blast as a PA at camp. We can't wait to
welcome you to our team of dedicated leaders and adventurers!
