How to Register
- Click here to create an account. Click “Sign Up”. NEED HELP? Check out this video tutorial for creating a new user account.
- Once your account is created and verified (check your email!), you will be prompted to create a participant. Your participant is who will be joining us for camp this summer. More than one Girl Scout going to camp? You can create additional participants in your account by clicking “New Participant” on the left side of your screen.
- After you have created your participant, you will click “Register for a new session” on the right side of your screen and you will select your participant’s grade level. This will display all the camps available for that grade level. Select your camp*. Not sure which camp is right for you? Take our camp readiness quiz.
- Once you have chosen your camp, you will be asked to pay a nonrefundable deposit to reserve your campers’ spot at camp. If you need financial assistance, please fill out our application.
- You will be offered an optional protection plan in case of emergency cancellation or emergency medical care.

Log in to our CampDoc site using the email you registered with last year.

Select the participant you already created or click “New Participant” on the left side of your screen. Your participant is who will be joining us for camp this summer.

Select “Register for a new session” on the right side of your screen.

Select the grade level of your participant.

Choose from the available camps for that grade level*. Not sure which camp is right for you? Take our camp readiness quiz.

Adults joining us for Troop & Family Camp!

You will need to create a new participant for the adult attending the session.
Register for a new session.
Select Troop and Family Camp.
Pay your deposit. All camps require a nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot at your preferred camp. If you need financial assistance, please fill out our application.
You will need to complete a Health Profile for the adult.
***Additionally, all adults will need to pass a criminal background check to attend. There is a form to complete on CampDoc to initiate that process.
*NOTE: If a program is full, you will be added to the waitlist. You will receive an email when you are added to the waitlist and an email when you have been promoted from the waitlist.
