Welcome to the
Sprout Scouts club! Sprout Scouts is an event series where girls will
learn about environmentalism, conservation, and advocacy with our
brand-new Pollinator Garden at Camp McMillen.
Today,
Sprout Scouts will earn the Gardener badge!
At this
event, we will be launching Sprout Scouts and planting plants in our
Pollinator Garden at Camp McMillen! Make an impact and leave a legacy
behind by supporting our local pollinators and protecting biodiversity
here at camp!
There is no necessity to attend each
meeting in this event series, so join in on the fun when you can!
Girls that attend 3+ meetings will earn a GSNI-M Exclusive Sprout
Scouts Patch!
Girls that attend all the meetings (all 7 sessions
May-November), will earn a free Sprout Scouts Slumber Party at camp,
which will include dinner, a movie, and a night of pollinator
exploration!
Special Instructions/Appropriate Attire: To
fully experience this event, please wear clothes and shoes for the
outdoor weather, bring a water bottle, bug spray and sunscreen. We
will be planting plants in a garden.

This is not a
drop-off event. Parents and/or leaders are expected to provide
supervision. ONE (1) adult is required to chaperone their youth(s) at
this event. All troops and groups must follow the correct
youth-to-adult ratio.
Registration Deadline: May 20,
2026
Registration Minimum: This event will be cancelled
if we do not meet the minimum registration of 10 Girl Scouts. You will
be contacted and refunds issued if this occurs.
Cancellation Statement: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by
the registration deadline to receive a refund. Please email frontdesk@gsnim.org to cancel your registration.
Refunds are NOT given for cancellations received after the
registration deadline or for failing to attend the event.
Registrations may be transferred to another event if cancellation is
made PRIOR to the registration deadline. Refunds will be given if
GSNI-M must cancel a program.
